We are located close to Jebel Ali Port, which is the biggest sea port in Middle East. It also has closest access to Al Maktoum Airport and three major Highways.

Engineering Services
Testing & Inspection
SOSC knows the importance of inspection of Engineering and Industrial products. Therefore we have established worldwide relationships with main inspection houses like Lloyds, BVQI, SGS, IEI etc.
A full inspection, verification, testing and certification service is undertaken before and after shipment when necessary and appropriate. Our QA/QC department can provide any (destructive or non-destructive) material testing, inspection and certification, whether to ASME, PED, Stoomwezen Rules, TÜV, IBR, Norsok or to your own project specifications.
- Physical Testing
Mechanical testing, Chemical analysis testing / PMI, Fatigue testing, Ring expansion testing, Strain ageing testing, Full scale axial compression testing and Hardness. - Corrosion Testing, Metallographic and Welding Assessment
HIC/SSCC (various methods), Corrosion testing, Hydrogen embrittlement testing, Metallographic examination (optical, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, micro analysis) and, Welding facilities for development of weld procedure specifications and qualification records. - Non Destructive Testing
Radiography, Dye Penetrant, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, XRay, Eddy Current.
Machining & Fabrication
SOSC has integrated production facilities and also has access to outsourced facilities which is continuously at our disposal. Standard stock range covers most requirements, but sometimes, just standard is not good enough.
We provide added value by realizing quick turn-round times for special machining requirements, however complex or unusual they may be within the delivery time you require, tested and inspected as specified. Some of the machining operation that we provide are:
